I have purchased from Cartridge Save for many years for compatible cartridges for my OKI machines, we had a problem on a Magenta cartridge or it could have been the magenta drum that was also changed at the same time. One was faulty and probably caused damage to the other. Whatever the reason, the customer services staff sent out both items FOC immediately arriving next day. Once both were changed the photocopier was back to providing perfect copies. They kept to their pledge this time for us, and this will continue with me using them. Thanks
