  • Will the printer recognise these cartridges as genuine?

    Thank you for your question about HP 957XL / 953XL ink cartridges. Your HP printer may recognise that non-genuine cartridges have been installed, but you should be able to bypass this message and continue printing as normal.

    All of our cartridges come with a 12 month guarantee. So, if you experience an issue with the cartridges within this time and we cannot resolve the issue with troubleshooting , we can refund or replace the faulty item for you.
