I was DUMB and ordered the wrong cartridge Cartidgesave was most helpful when I admitted guilt and they guided me through the on line search process to find the correct cartridge All is good now.

No complaints about price or delivery which was excellent. However the blue colour reproduction is purple and green is, well, not.Cleaning heads makes no difference.
