I have a small Epson printer and whenever I need cartridges replaced I contact cartridgesave because I know I will receive the next day at no extra charge. Whenever I need ink I type in through Google and get muddled up with my inexperience with computer skills. Each time I seem to end up talking to real people to get help. This last time I was helped by a lovely lady who was so calm,friendly and understanding. This lady made a very strong impression on me and I wish I had asked her name. I now know how to order my cartridges in future, I will use my mobile rather than the computer. 0161 968 5994.
