The Epson Workforce WF-2530WF printer is a reliable all-in-one device that offers the convenience of WiFi connectivity for wireless printing from supported devices. It prints, scans, copies, and faxes and will configure itself according to the connection the user establishes. The Epson Workforce WF-2530WF colour inkjet printer also features a built-in automatic document feeder unit, which allows easier scanning of multi-page documents. However, this device has a rather small input capacity and colour printing is quite slow.

Design

Compact and stylish, the Epson Workforce WF 2530WF printer comes in an all black design, which makes its 39x37x22 cm-dimensions look even smaller. It weighs just about 6 kg, making the Epson WF 2530WF easy to transport from place to place or around the office when needed. It is designed to work with a wide variety of operating systems and it features three connective interfaces including USB, WiFi, and Ethernet for networking. The Epson Workforce WF-2530WF boasts a built-in ADF, but duplex printing is only possible manually.

Advantages

The best selling point of the Epson Workforce WF-2530WF inkjet printer is definitely its WiFi connectivity, which allows direct printing from tablet PCs and smartphones. The Workforce WF2530WF is also capable of printing directly from email and scanning directly to file, PC, and email addresses as well. Black and white printing is most impressive at 34 ppm, and the machine's maximum duty cycle is up to 3,000 pages per month.

Disadvantages

Unfortunately, colour printing rates are not as impressive as its monochrome rates, as the Workforce WF-2530WF can only print up to 18 coloured pages per minute. The Epson WF-2530WF's paper input capacity is also low at 100 sheets.
