The DesignJet Z6810 HP inkjet printer is 1,067mm with a virtual memory of 64GB and internal storage of 500GB, plus a best colour print quality of up to 2,400 x 1,200 optimized dpi. Its operating temperature range is 5 to 40ºC.

Advantages

The Z6810 DesignJet series printer will enable organisations to meet client requirements with ease with print speeds of up to 140 m2/hr (1500 feet2/hr), and its 500GB hard disk capacity means that it is easy to handle even more jobs. It has automated media loading and an ergonomic loading table to facilitate productive and comfortable working, and the long media rolls, 77ml HP ink cartridges and built-in take-up reel enable users to work without interruption. It is easy for companies to integrate with market-leading RIPs, enabled by HP’s own RIP certification programme. The HP Applications Centre also enables the creation of content and job submissions, and the HP Click printing software helps reduce media waste.

Disadvantages

The HP DesignJet Z6810 42-in machine is a security-enabled printer, which means it is only intended for use with cartridges that use an HP original chip. At the moment, cartridges that use a non-HP chip may not work, and those that do work currently may not do so in the future.
