The Brother PT550 is a desktop label printer with a large QWERTY keyboard. Overall, this label maker is a well-rounded machine with a number of useful features, such as an automatic tape cutter, barcode printing and the ability to print text either vertically or horizontally. It is useful for offices, the home or commercial applications.

Design

This labelling machine is compact but has a sizeable keyboard that makes it easy to enter text. The automatic tape cutter is ideal for creating labels. The Brother PT550 has the ability to print barcodes, which is ideal for applications such as inventory processing. This printer can also conveniently print either vertical or horizontal text. You can produce labels with up to seven lines of text. The labelling machine can handle a range of tape sizes, from six millimetres up to a maximum of 36 millimetres. It can produce text in a variety of languages, such as French, Spanish, English and Portuguese. The printer has a number of in-built fonts and font sizes, and you can also choose from a variety of font styles, including Shadow, Solid, Italic, Bold and Striped. This enables you to create a range of stunning, high-quality labels. This model is also capable of a range of special effects, such as vertical printing, mirror printing and text insert. To make re-printing easy, the printer can copy up to 99 labels. It comes with a rubber stamp kit.
