Can I start off by saying that over the years I have been very pleased with all the services from cartridge save. Unfortunately in this occasion the cartridge did not work. It may well be that it is the printer itself which is defective. It is a brother MFC J892.. And I think that it just can't cope with generic cartridges. I don't think it's anything to do with cartridge save. I will order an actual brother cartridge, but even then I am not sure that it will solve the problem. Again can I reiterate that I have three printers and in the past all of the cartridges, including some ordered for other printers for my family, have all been 100% at very competitive price.
