The Canon IR-C5535i is an incredibly user friendly, multi-functional printer that would a great addition to any hard working office with high print yield needs. You can print, scan and copy all in one from this machine, and it also has a fax function as an additional, optional extra if needed. Not only does this printer automatically print in duplex function to help you reduce on costs and paper, but you can also expect to produce professional looking documents and booklets in-house.

Design

The Canon IRC5535i measure approximately 950 x 620 x 742mm and weighs in at roughly 142kg. At this size and weight, this clearly isn’t a printer for smaller offices or workplaces, but it would fit in well at any large, busy office. The simple design is off-set by its almost all-white finish with black accents. Most importantly there is also a 10.1-inch colour touch screen that can be used in a similar way to a smartphone or tablet and helps improve workflow and productivity. This printer has a 6,350 sheet capacity with A4 high capacity cassette feeding unit, staple finisher, booklet finisher and two inner finisher trays.
