Designed for small offices needing A3-sized printers, the robust Oki C821n is a good choice. The C821n colour laser printer has a small footprint yet it is capable of delivering good quality output. It has a monthly duty cycle of 75,000 pages and it can deliver a maximum resolution of 1200 x 600 dpi. The Oki C821n A3 colour printer does not come with an automatic duplexer and could use a boost when it comes to colour printing speed.

Design

This compact unit measures 345 x 485 x 579 mm and weighs 36 kg. The Oki C821n A3 colour LED printer boasts an organised control panel and can handle more than 1,000 sheets at a time. Print speed for monochrome can go as fast as 32 ppm, but drops to 22 ppm for coloured. The Oki C821n printer has Ethernet, USB, and parallel ports.

Advantages

The Oki C821n colour laser printer is easy to use and requires very little maintenance. It is reliable and has a high duty cycle. Users can expect good quality texts, graphics, and images time and time again. Networking is easy, thanks to the built-in Ethernet of the Oki C-821n. Replacement of the Oki C821n toner cartridges is not required frequently as the colour cartridges last for up to 7,300 pages whilst the black toner can deliver approximately 7,000 prints.

Disadvantages

Without an automatic double-sided printing function, the Oki C821n laser printer is not able to help reduce paper waste. The duplexer is only optional. The C821n printer is also slow when printing coloured output.
