Design

The design is simple and unobtrusive, so while it certainly won’t be winning any design awards, the Xerox Phaser 3330 won’t stick out like a sore thumb, either. It measures 17.5 x 17.5 x 15.5 inches and weighs 10.65kg. It has an off-white and dark grey colour and top-facing, push-button functionality, as well as a small, easy-to-read screen to help navigate functionality. The Xerox Phaser 3330 comes with a 250-sheet input tray as standard, as well as a 150-sheet bypass tray and a 150-sheet output tray. There’s also the option of an additional 550-sheet input tray, if required.

Advantages

The major advantage a Xerox Phaser 3330 is its combination of small size and high speed. There are not many other printers in this price bracket that promise a print speed as fast as 42ppm from a machine with such a small footprint, although it does mean making compromises in other areas. Its duplex printing means you can cut down on costs easily, and its Wi-Fi connectivity, including Apple AirPrint, mean you can print straight from your smartphone or tablet.

Disadvantages

The Xerox Phaser 3330 is a workhorse printer for small or medium-sized office spaces that are not looking for any bells or whistles, although the fact that it doesn’t print in colour means it obviously isn’t for everyone.
