The cartridges arrived as per information given I'm sure they're fine but still sealed in their boxes until required. All the previous ones have been excellent and entirely compatible with my Brother laser printer.

I have lost 4 days of work due to the rubbish, faulty black toner cartridges you sold me. The first one left black all over my work (I write people's Wills, they obviously have to be pristine). The replacement did the same. Only when you dispatched an original Brother cartridge did the problem resolve. I only get paid for the work that I do, losing 4 days work is unacceptable.
