This TN-423C cartridge was provided by Cartridge Save as a replacement for a similar cartridge which had failed prematurely. I am delighted with the level of support provided, and found the cartridge to be well packaged. Installation was trickier than usual as the casing of of the cartridge has some curved wing like attachments that I'd not seen previously. These moved out of the way during installation but hindered the process making it must harder to ensure an even, trouble-free fitting. The Brother HL-L8260CDW printer (also bought from Cartridge Save), accepted the new cartridge, acknowledging it to be full, and has printed successfully. I'm curious about the design change and will be keen to see whether it influences performance which is normally excellent in any print mode. Overall I am delighted I bought this package about 4 years ago and I hope it lasts at least another 4 years.

I was very nervous buying a toner cartridge not made by the makers of my printer. The colour is fine, I'm not sure yet if I'll get the same yield. But I am happy so far, so good!

I'm delighted with these HP 364XL cartridges. They worked straight away and installation was simple. The price was really good, great value. Delivery was advertised as next-day and arrived on time. I always use Cartridge Save for my cartridges and I would recommend these cartridges to anyone with this printer.
