Boasting a small footprint, the Samsung CLX-3185FN is excellent for home and small office use. It produces good colour prints and is quite fast, but it lacks the time and paper-saving auto-duplex feature. The display is hard to read and outdated.

Design

Designed for small office settings and personal use, the Samsung CLX-3185FN is a compact and sleek printer with an easily-accessible control panel on the front and a flatbed scanner, plus a dual-line display LCD screen. The CLX-3185FN prints up to 16 ppm (monochrome) on an A4 in monochrome, and up to 4 ppm in full colour. It is very good at multitasking because of its 256 MB RAM and USB flash drive support.
