As part of the Xerox VersaLink line of printers designed specifically with smaller and medium-sized offices and workplaces in mind, the Xerox VersaLink C500N is the ideal colour LED laser printer for smaller organisations that still prize productivity and results just as larger offices do. The lower price point and more compact design of the Xerox VersaLink C500N make it suitable for workgroups or offices where space is at a premium, while the print speed of 43ppm and 550 sheet paper input tray ensures that productivity is very much the name of the game.

Design

The Xerox VersaLink C500N measures approximately 427.4 x 465.5 x 443.4mm and weighs roughly 27.6kg. With its white and petrol-blue highlights, the Xerox VersaLink C500N is chic and smart without drawing too much attention to itself, so it can fit in with almost any office décor, no matter how modern or traditional it may be. However, the real calling card of this printer’s design is the 5-inch colour touchscreen display screen and control panel.
