The cartridge was rejected by the printer, a HP Officejet Pro K850, when I inserted it. I had to adjust the settings to read non HP cartridge before the printer would work. Now I get a toner low message every time I print. The quality of the product appears to be very good. Other compatible cartridges I have used do not have this issue and hence the 4 stars.
