Good delivery and customer care service but poor quality own-brand cartridges. I originally intended to order a genuine Canon Pixma colour cartridge for my printer but was persuaded by a pop-up ad to select a Cartridgesave own- brand high capacity cartridge. It did not print the full range of colours and ran out of ink quickly. They promptly sent a replacement that proved even worse. For the 3rd cartridge they promptly sent a genuine Canon cartridge as a replacement. It worked properly but the colours were faded which suggested to me that it may have been old stock. I will now only order black ink cartridges from this company as they work well.
