The HP Colour LaserJet 2840 is a beautiful printer that quickly becomes the backbone of any office or business. It always delivers sharp, clear images at a good speed with as little work for the user as possible. With networking, fax and scanning capabilities, this handy all-in-one unit allows businessmen to focus on the important aspects of their job and not spend time battling with their printer.
Design
The 2840 has two paper trays with a combined capacity of 375 sheets, meaning less time spent in filling trays. It is able to make copies (colour as well as black and white), scan, send faxes, and print. The HP Colour LaserJet 2840 produces crisp images and words while printing simple text documents in less than 18 seconds. Pages with colourful graphics finish up in less than 30 seconds. This hardworking printer uses cartridges instead of toner for better print quality.
Carefully designed to be easy to use, there is easy access to replace your HP 2840 toner cartridges and paper trays. Colours are divided into three separate HP 2840 toner cartridges so that each colour many be replaced as needed without waste. Two paper trays allow for different sized or quality papers to be at the ready at all times. The LaserJet 2840 is made with instant-on technology to save energy and time. The fax machine sends out black and white faxes at a fast 3 seconds per page. A 120 number phone book with speed dial makes sending faxes effortless.
Advantages
This printer is easy to use and great for networking. Built-in digital memory card slots add to its functionality. The HP 2840 works well with both Mac and PC computers, providing quality printing and effortless document management. The control panel is well organized and easy to understand. Disadvantages
